Program Name: Guerrilla Franchising SMS Alerts
Product Description: Guerrilla Franchising provides SMS text messages to subscribers who have opted in through our website forms. Messages may include franchise education content, consultation scheduling and appointment reminders, industry insights and FDD analysis updates, and related informational or promotional content about franchise ownership.
Enrollment and Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Guerrilla Franchising website form and providing your mobile phone number, you are enrolling in the Guerrilla Franchising SMS Alerts program. Enrollment is voluntary and is not required to access our free consulting services or downloadable resources.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Subscribers may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Guerrilla Franchising is not responsible for any charges, fees, or costs incurred by the subscriber as a result of receiving or sending SMS messages, including but not limited to wireless carrier charges, data usage fees, or overage costs. The subscriber acknowledges that SMS messaging is not a guaranteed or secure method of communication and agrees not to rely on text messages for time-sensitive or critical information. Guerrilla Franchising makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or timeliness of the SMS service. By opting in to the Guerrilla Franchising SMS Alerts program, the subscriber assumes all risks associated with the use of the service and agrees to hold Guerrilla Franchising harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the program.
